About Kin & Kind Care
Kin & Kind Care started with a simple idea: people should be supported the way you would want your own family to be supported. Patiently, respectfully, and by people who take the time to know them.
We are a Perth business run by three directors: Tuli Kariyapperuma, Sumanpreet Kaur and Ridhi. We started Kin & Kind Care because everyone deserves support from people who genuinely care about them. We want every person we work with, and their family, to feel known, respected and never alone.
What we stand for
- Kin. We treat the people we support, and their families, as part of ours.
- Kind. Dignity and respect in every visit, including the small moments.
- Choice. You decide how, when and by whom your supports are delivered.
- Safety. Our workers are screened and trained, and we follow the NDIS Code of Conduct.
How we work
Before any support starts, we meet with you, and your family or carers if you would like them there. We talk through your goals, how you like things done and anything we need to know to keep you safe. We then put this in writing in a service agreement, so everyone is clear on what has been agreed.
